Common questions

Will I be charged during the trial?

No. We collect a payment method up-front, but you won't be charged until day 8. Cancel anytime before then in Settings and you'll pay nothing.

How do I cancel?

Settings → Stowe Premium → Manage subscription. That opens Stripe's portal where you can cancel, switch plans, or update your card.

Does Premium cover the whole household?

Premium is per account. If two people in the same household both want premium features on their phones, both need to subscribe.

Is there a yearly discount?

Yes — yearly works out at $7.49/month (saves ~25% vs paying monthly).

What's your refund policy?

The 7-day trial means you can fully test Premium without paying. After that, we don't routinely refund partial months — but if you were charged unexpectedly, hit a bug, or just had a bad experience, email hello@stoweapp.app and we'll make it right. EU, UK, Australian and other consumer-law refund rights are always honoured in full.
